The stamps for the postage are bought at the postal offices with an increment of 15% (IVA's tax).  
I can get in the philatelic office of Valencia some series 2008 and 2009 (at facial value).
I can also get, in Caracas, most of the series 2004-2009 (facial value + 30%).
If you want used stamps, I can send you (like postage "R"+express)
complete sets on covers size half-letter or half-office
(that guarantees that you receives all the stamps).

the nice Bolivar registered cover was received in perfect
condition, you will receive nice stamped registered cover
(with meter label inside envelope) soon.




The Venezuela Bolivar registered cover was transist from
Hongkong, with HKG post office barcoded label on the cover
front side.
